the President, Vice President, and the Senate.

Iran and North Korea have recently tested missiles and both countries are
developing nuclear capabilities. It is time for the President to sign (and the
Senate ratify) the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty, so that the U.S. can
exercise leadership in urging non-signatory nations to adopt it.
Washington must act now on this essential treaty.
