Sign the cluster bomb treaty!

Legislation.  It goes to the President, Vice President, and Senate.

All civilized nations -- except the U.S. -- have signed the international treaty
to ban cluster bombs.

At long last there is solid movement toward having the U.S. military
renounce the use of barbaric cluster bombs, which kill some enemy
soldiers, but then for years continue to maim or kill innocent men, women
and children.

In support of this treaty, Bill S. 416 has already been sponsored by 25
Senators.

The treaty must be signed this year!
