Sample Letter

This is a sample letter to indicate what you receive.  The letter to Senators
Lugar and Bayhwill be similiar to  the letter to Representative Souder, but
the bottom paragraph will reflect the senate bill and if the senator is a sponsor,
then the paragraph would ask them to recind thier sponsorship.

To send any current letter, click on the letter, then click send. You will be asked
for the information required by congressional web sites. We will then send you
a similiar letter about every ten days. If you like it reply Send, if not ignore it. Let

The House is now considering H.R. 1115, the Senate S. 274, which would make it
much more difficult for consumers to bring class actions suits against
corporations.

America's biggest companies and industries - insurance, banking, pharmaceutical,
tobacco, auto, HMOs and more - are furiously lobbying for this legislation.
Why?  Because they do not want consumers to be able to bring suits collectively
against companies that offer services or products dangerous to consumer health.

I urge you, Representative Souder, to oppose H.R. 1115 and show that you respect
the welfare of consumers, not the profits of big companies.
